Terms and conditions for gift vouchers - Please READ!

• Please provide me with the gift recipient's name and a special note, if desired​

• Vouchers are generated automatically but without recipient’s name and special note

• The voucher with recipient’s name and special note will be emailed to you and/or the recipient as a PDF voucher - 

  Please allow half a day for delivery. 

• The gift recipient must arrange the lessons directly with me

• Gift vouchers are non-transferable and are to be used by the named recipient only

• The first lesson from a gift voucher bundle needs to be used within 3 months from day of purchase 

• The expiry date will be clearly stated on the voucher and must be adhered to

• Any absences need to be agreed on in advance for scheduling purposes

• 24 hour cancellation policy - for any reason including illness. No exceptions will be made. An online lesson will be offered in the event that a student cannot come in person
